HOW TO USE ...

Mix one flat tsp of Blume with a splash of hot water. Heat 1.5 cups of mylk. Add Blume and water mixture to mylk and serve with a little maple syrup or honey. Can be served cold as well!

IS BLUME NUT AND GLUTEN FREE?

Our products do not contain nuts or gluten but they are processed in a facility that works with nuts and wheat products.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE?

Our products are shelf stable and good for two years.

HOW MANY SERVINGS ARE IN A PACKAGE?

Each package has between 25-35 servings. We don't use fillers meaning a little goes a long way.
