We ship orders throughout the week and do our best to process all orders as quickly as possible. Please give us 1-3 business days to prepare and ship your order.
Shipping Costs & Times:
You can pick up your order from our location at 154 James Street North, Hamilton absolutely free of charge! Orders are often ready within the hour, but if you'd like to pick up immediately please call us to let us know to have it ready for you.
If we are shipping to you by Canada Post, please keep in mind that the below shipping windows are our best estimates based on the information we've been given and any delays or service interruptions are outside of our control and therefore we are not liable for them.

If your order is being sent to Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia or Ontario you will be charged HST. If your order is being sent to any other Canadian province, you will be charged GST only. No sales tax will be added to American and International Orders. American and International customers are responsible for any duties and taxes at the time of delivery of the package.
RETURNS
Regular price and sale purchases are eligible to be exchanged for other merchandise or for store credit within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

For health and safety reasons, all earrings, underwear, skincare, and swimwear purchases are final sale and not returnable or exchangeable under any circumstances.
Any clearance purchases or purchases made during any kind of flash sale (Moving Sales, Seasonal Clearance, Boxing Day etc.) are all final sale.
Final Sale means the item is not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange. You are accepting the item in as-is condition, whether you've purchased it online or in-store.
In order for us to accept a returned product, it must be undamaged, unaltered, tags attached and in 100% new condition. All items are inspected and protected before they are shipped so we are not liable for any damages incurred during shipment. We ask that you take the same care when shipping a return back to us as we will not accept any items that return to us damaged.
If an item arrives to you damaged/defective and you believe it was shipped to you that way, you must contact us with a photo of the damage/defect within 48 hours of delivery in order for us to investigate and contact the vendor.
All return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer and original shipping fees will not be refunded. You may also return items in person to either of our store locations.
If a client or account has a return rate of more than 90% in a three month period, we reserve the right to refuse further purchases (for a period of time, or indefinitely) in order to preserve the integrity of our product.
