- All sale item purchases are final so PLEASE purchase with discretion and discernment

- We encourage curbside pickup and all orders can be picked up starting Monday, December 28th

- There are no free shipping thresholds during this sale

- We are not able to accommodate price adjustments

- Due to the Hamilton entering the grey zone, we've extended our Holiday Return Policy until the lockdown ends and we encourage you to wait until then to make any returns or exchanges. If you have a time-sensitive exchange, we will begin taking them on December 28th and they will be conducted on a case by case basis depending on the situation (size exchange, style exchange, gift card etc.) Please understand that you will have to wait outside while we conduct the transaction, regardless of the weather. We are unable to let you inside the shop at any time or for any reason until lockdown ends, so please consider waiting until then if you're able to.
